1874 Sharps Long Range Rifle 34" .45-120

This model is an accurate reproduction of the rifle Sharps Long Range model made in December of 1876, converting rifles with 32”  barrels length to 34”. At the beginning it was produced with single trigger, only in February of 1879 some hundred pieces have been made with double set trigger. The stock and forend are made of selected checkered walnut, including a cheekpiece on the stock.  The forend is completed with a German silver cap. The Sharps Long Range model is an improved sharps. It has a 34 inch half octagonal barrel to cut a little weight while still keeping the long distance capability. This model is equipped with a ladder rear sight and tunnel front sight with interchangeable inserts.
