I ordered this conversion cylinder along with my Uberti 1860 Army revolver and fired some 45 LC blanks through it. It works perfectly and the cylinder fits into the frame with no trouble at all! I purchased two conversion units for Uberti 1860 Army. One went in my Uberti made Colt signature series revolver and worked great the first time I installed it. The second unit was installed in a CVA 1860 made by arme San Marco, with a small adjustment to the hand and bolt it now works very well. I am very happy with my purchase and would do it again. I bought the gun with the cylinder 2nd hand for a great deal. It arrived with a lock up issue. (Would lock between chambers, but not in firing position) a little polishing of the bolt solved that, and it shoots great! Now I need one for my Pietta NMA! (Posted on 7/9/2018)

I haven't been able to shoot these but the fit was perfect, the machining beautiful. I can't wait to break these in when I shoot them at Founder's Ranch when the weather warms up!!

Well made mine was a drop in installation no timing for the cylinder necessary. Lock up was very good, the extra safety notch for the bolt stays in place to prevent the cylinder from rotating even if forced with heavy hand pressure. (Posted on 8/18/2015)
