These Sharps Rifles are manufactured for use with the paper cartridges in .54 caliber. We offer the sporting versions for the black powder target shooter. The 1859 - 1863 models were used widely in the Civil War. Taylor's & Co. is proud to offer the Infantry model with a Single Trigger or the Berdan model with Double Set Triggers. The Carbines are available in either the 1859 model with the patch box or the 1863 model without the patch box.
